Today we are trying Sterling Vineyards’ canned Cabernet Sauvignon!

Terms that are good to see more than once:
Vinsafe– patented technology for wine-in-a-can by Steve Barics of Barokes Wines and Greg Stokes of Iron Bridge Cabernet Shiraz.
Inert vessel– a container used in winemaking that does not react with the wine or impart any flavors or unique characteristics upon it.
Cabernet Sauvignon– a wine grape variety that is the child of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc.
AVA– American Viticultural Area; the US method of denoting which specific region a wine grape came from.
