Ingredients list:

for a 9 inch pie pan (22 cm)

For the shortcrust:
250g (2 cups) (8,8oz) flour
125g (1 cup) (4,4oz) icing sugar
125g (1/2 cup) (1 stick) butter
1 egg + 1 yolk
1 tsp vanilla flavouring
1 tsp baking powder

For the filling:
2 tbsps fresh cream or mascarpone cheese
400g (14oz) chocolate spread
