RECIPE
1 beat 3 eggs and add parmisan or pecorino cheese, salt and black pepper to taste
2 take a pot and fry oil with a slice of onion and bacon cut into small pieces for few minutes then turn the flame off.
3. take another pot and fill it with water and boil it. when water is boiling then add pasta in the water and keep cooking for the time written on the pasta box, then remove the water from the pasta
4 then add eggs on the pasta and keep cooking for a couple of minutes.
5 then add the oil with the bacon in the pasta, mix it and enjoy :))
