Italian Monkey Bread:

Preheat oven to 350°
Coat a Bundt pan with cooking spray

Ingredients:

– 2 packages crescent rolls
– 16 oz (approximately) mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
– 1stick of butter, melted
– Approximately 1 tsp garlic powder
– Approximately 1 tsp oregano
(I say the more garlic and oregano the better, but that’s entirely up to you!)
– Pinch of salt
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Pepperoni slices, diced or cut into strips

Here we go:

1) Pop open the crescent roll packages

2) Unfold, one roll at a time, onto a cutting board

3) Cut dough into 2″x2″ squares

4) Place a cube of mozzarella into a square of dough and gently fold up the dough around the cheese, covering the entire cube

5) Roll the dough between your hands making nice round, uniform balls

6) In a separate bowl, Melt the butter, add your seasonings, and mix well

7) Roll HALF of the dough balls in the seasoned butter and drop into the Bundt pan

8) Top with the pepperoni and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

9) Coat the remaining dough in the butter and top off the pan

10) Pour the extra seasoned butter over the dough

11) Bake in a 350° oven for approximately 35 minutes, or until nicely browned on top

12) Allow to cool for about 15 minutes

13) When cooled, turn the pan over and carefully loosen the bread from the sides of the pan with a dull knife

14) Place a platter on top of the pan and flip over (you may need to jiggle the pan a little bit in order to get the bread out)

15) Enjoy dipped in Marinara sauce or Ranch dressing… or just on its own!
