Olives Pasta.
INGREDIENTS
Pasta boiled 1 packet
Salt to taste
Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
Garlic cloves, smashed 8
Chopped spring onion 1 cup
Pitted olives 1 cup
Crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp
Basil leaves required
Fresh lemon juice 2 tsp
Method:
Heat 1/4 cup oil in a large pot over medium. Add garlic and cook, stirring until golden and soft, toss in olives and red pepper flakes and cook another minute to let the flavors meld. Using tongs, transfer pasta to pot , tossing and toss in spring onion basil, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Taste and season with salt as needed. Remove pasta from heat and drizzle with more olive oil and serve.
Galawati kabab:
Ingredients:
Beef Mince 300 gm
Fried onion 1
Green Chili (chopped) 3
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mace Powder of small piece
Black Cardamom 1
Cinnamon 1
Black pepper 8-10
Nutmeg a pinch
Cloves 4
Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 6 cloves
Ginger (Chopped) a small piece
Coriander (Chopped) 4 tbsp
Roasted Chickpeas 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Papaya paste 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Roast all dry spices and grind them. Roast chickpeas and grind them as well. Now mix all grinded spices and gram flour with beef mince and leave for 30 minutes. Then make kabab and fry them

Ingredients for Crust:
Chocolate biscuits 1 cup
Melted butter 2tbsp
Second Layer:
Cream cheese 1/2 cup
Creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup
Caster sugar 1/2 cup
Heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup
Third Layer:
Cream cheese 1/2 cup
Chocolate peanut butter 1/4 cup
Chocolate chips 1/4 cup
Heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup
For decorate:
Whipped cream 1 cup
Chopped peanuts 1/4 cup
METHOD:
Mix together crust and press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together the second layer and spoon over the crust with a wet spoon.
Mix together the third layer and pour over second layer.
Top with cool whip and garnish with the chopped peanuts.
