I often make this dish because it is a quick way to cook it and keep all its properties.
It is also really cheap, with only 3 ingredients: cabbage, eggs and onion we can have a very tasty second course or single dish if accompanied by a nice salad.
I often have cabbage available because it is a vegetable that lasts a long time in the refrigerator.

– 3 eggs
– 1/2 onion
– 1 clove of garlic
