The Boardwalk’s Italian restaurant, Trattoria al Forno, serves simple Italian dishes and feature many foods baked in a wood-burning oven, including a selection of Neopolitan-style pizzas. Handcrafted mozzarella are created in house daily, as well as cavatelli pasta. Antipasto platters feature Italian meats, olives and caponata. Reservations for Trattoria al Forno are now open. Italian wines from Tuscany, Veneto and Piedmont are available – 60 offerings by the bottle and over 25 by the glass. Signature cocktails, Italian beers, sodas and a signature-blend Italian coffee are served.
