Sicilian dishes have and unique place in the Italian cuisine, Sicily has been conquered by a number of nations of the years including the Arabs, the Greeks, the Romans, Normans, Spanish & French.
Santopalato cooking classes are run by Pino, Sicilian born and now based in Australia since 2012 and his wife Lorena.
Classes are held on a Saturday from 9.30am – 1.30pm
