Italian Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Garlic – 1 tablespoon
Bell pepper – 60 grams
Boiled sweet corns – 60 grams
Salt -1 teaspoon
Dried oregano – 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
Boiled rice – 380 grams
Butter – 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
1. In a pan heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, add 1 tablespoon garlic saute for a minute.
2. Now add 60 grams bell pepper, 60 grams boiled sweet corns and stir well.
3. Then, add 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
4. Now, cook for 2 – 3 minutes on a medium heat.
5. After cooking, add 1 teaspoon dried oregano and 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
6. Add 380 grams boiled rice and stir well
7. Then, add 1 tablespoon butter and cook for 1 – 2 minutes on a medium heat.
8. Serve hot.
