A simple step by step guide (for both beginners and pro’s) on how to cook a very simple, low cost & healthy dish – fava soup. It is a special beans type from Southern Italy, very common in Sicily. The dried beans will have to be watered for 24 hours prior to cooking. Once the soup is cooked, the beans will be transformed into a thick and delicious soup.
To sum up: This dish has a low cost level, a medium difficulty level, and a high joy level!
