Stuffed Chiacchiere is a super tasty variation of the classic Carnival Chiacchiere. The dough is rolled out into a thin sheet, filled with a delicious custard or Nutella. Fried in hot oil and then generously sprinkled with plenty of icing sugar, they turn into a fragrant delight with a surprisingly soft heart.

INGREDIENTS
250 gr all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 egg yolk
20 gr softened butter
50 gr white wine
30 gr sugar
1 pinch of salt
For the filling
Nutella, Custard or Fruit Jam
INSTRUCTION
Pour 250 g all-purpose flour on a pastry board
make a hole in the center and pour in one egg and one yolk
add 30 g of sugar, a pinch of salt and 20 g of softened butter
Start mixing the mixture and add 50 g white wine a little at a time.
Work the dough until it is smooth and even.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for one hour.
work the dough with a rolling pin and divide in several part
now with the help of a pasta machine begin to lower the thickness of the dough
the dough will be ready when it is 1 or 2 millimetre thick
Cut the dough into rectangles of about 10 x 7 cm (however, the size of the rectangles does not matter).
place a spoonful of Nutella in the center of the pastry rectangle, fold the pastry over and cut it out with a ravioli cutter then press the edges well to seal them.
You can also use custard as a filling or fruit jam.
Now fry the filled chiacchiere in plenty of hot seed oil.
You can also try a more traditional version by frying the dough strips directly.
The chiacchiere will be ready when they are well browned
sprinkle the chiacchiere with plenty powdered sugar
