It is a recreation of Greco-Roman Classical Villas built during 16th century in Venice by the Italian architect Andrea Palladio. The Palladian Concept of “Villa and a Holiday Home within” is manifested in all the villas in this project featuring Double Height Living, Double Height Palladian Windows, Deck Dining, Open to Sky Courtyard etc.
Floor Plan is developed to meet every present and future needs of its resident including a multi-purpose hall with large open terrace which can easily be converted into start up office, WFH, party hall, home theatre etc.
Club house is modeled after Pantheon of ancient Rome with classical interior, indoor spots, recreational facilities etc. on 2 acres amenity area.
