Run by couple Jonie and Matt. A year ago they were just 2 people carefree and in love. Matt is from Italy and a healthy food enthusiast. Jonie is from Philippines, who lived in Italy for 9 years and obsessed to finish her goal to visit 50 countries before 30! Together, they’ve decided to combine their passion so they can work together. Cotoletta ni Saletta is their new business – started with courage and love.
Cotoletta Ni Saletta is passionate about serving the traditional Milanese dish, the “cotoletta”. Matt grew up in Milan, worked in different restaurant and has a natural skill in cooking Italian food he has learned from his family.
To serve people healthy food for affordable price. That’s the goal.
