Spiral (Rotini) pasta is one of our favorites; besides that the taste is very good, it’s easy to prepare. A garlic bread in the side is flavorful combination. Making the garlic bread is not that hard as you may think as long you you have the bread (French bread), any kind of a plain bread perhaps do. As I like the taste of mushrooms for salad, I have used that instead. Rotini pasta is very simple as you see but it’s taste is very delicious, consider trying it.

The Rotini Recipe; #titamarieskitchen
1 box Tri-color Rotini noodles; #barilla
1 pack Italian sausage, mild; #johnsonvilleitaliansausage
1 bottle marinara sauce; #newmansownpastasauce
1 medium size onion
4 cloves garlic
1 pack mushrooms
* parsley
* garlic salt
* ground black pepper
* shredded cheese (optional)

Garlic Bread
1 stick French bread
* unsalted butter
* garlic powder
* garlic parsley
* ground black pepper

* – is an amount depending your preference

Cooking Tips;
1. SautÃĐ the Italian sausage first before adding the ingredients.
2. Boil the Rotini noodles when the pasta sauce is about ready, for the noodles won’t get cold and get them stick together. Mix the Rotini noodles in the pasta sauce immediately after draining.
3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F before placing the garlic bread inside, bake it about 6 – 8 minutes, or depending your preference.
