INGREDIENTS:
Sausage & Peppers
4 links of Italian sausage
3 Bell Peppers
1/2 Medium Onion
4-5 Shallots
3-4 Garlic Cloves
2 Sundried Tomatos
Basil
Tomato Passata
Olive oil
White or Red Wine

Polenta
1 Cup Cornmeal
4 Cups Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
RECIPE:
Sear sausage in olive oil until browned on all sides
Remove and add onion, shallots and peppers, salt to taste and cook until slightly charred
Once charred, add sundried tomato and garlic, cook for 30 seconds to a minute
Deglaze with wine, let wine evaporate and add sausage back in
Add tomato passata, basil, small knob of butter, mix and cover for 20 minutes on low heat

Polenta Recipe
Bring chicken stock to boil
Slowly whisk in cornmeal until thick
Continue to stir and add small amounts of milk every 5 minutes until desired consistency and grainy texture is gone
Once finished, add butter and cheese and cover for 5 minutes
Uncover, stir in butter and cheese and serve immediately.
