Easy Meal Prep:
Italian Ground Chicken

Toss 3 pounds ground chicken, dash of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, one red onion, 4-7 garlic cloves, salt, italian seasoning into a crock pot (hopefully yours is in better shape than mine) and cook on low to medium until no longer pink.

Get those meal prep containers ready! While you are boiling your pasta, chickpea pasta, or cooking a spaghetti squash, cover the bottom of your containers with the chicken mixture. Mix in 1/2 to one cup of your starch (the pasta/etc), cover with sauce, and a few squares of fresh (non-antibiotic mozzarella). My grocer was out of fresh basil, but add this as the final touch. ENJOY….. tastes better warm, but can be eaten cold as well.
