We had the best Sunday ever! To start things off Irene made her first attempt at making eggs Benedict and… it was a huge success! The recipe she used is linked below. We spent the rest of the day finishing up the cupid scavenger hunt in Loveland and soaking up all the Colorado Sunshine we could get on an absolutely beautiful February day! We enjoyed some yummy treats from our favorite coffee spot in downtown Loveland and some delicious wine at the Sweetheart Winery. Irene and Wally had fun making a big Italian dinner with our latest Raddish Kids box on Sunday night. We had a rough start to the week with the shift in the weather giving us some winter blues, but we have been focusing on getting back into our healthy routines!
