Recipe:

Mix:
+ 1 C water
+ 1 T corn starch
+ 1/2 tsp veggie broth concentrate

Heat mixture to boil. Once it thickens, add:
+ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
+1/2 tsp sun-dried tomato powder (or 1 T ketchup)
+ 1 T Nutritional Yeast
+ 1/2 tsp each of:
+ salt
+ Oregano
+ Basil
+ Black Pepper

After it cools, add:
+ 1 tsp dijon mustard
+ 1/3 C red wine vinegar (or more if you like it tart)
Optional: Juice from half a lemon
+ 1 T Agave Syrup (or less if you used ketchup)

I used an immersion blender to help emulsify and combine the powders into the dressing. A good shake will work as well.
