— INGREDIENTS —
To make white sauce:
– 3 Tbsp Butter
– 3 Tbsp All-purpose flour (maida)
– 2 Cup Milk
– 1/2 Tsp Oregano
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– Salt to taste
To make the red sauce:
– 1/2 cup water
– 3 medium-sized tomatoes
– 2 Tbsp butter
– 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
– 1 medium-size finely chopped onion
– 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
– 1 Tsp Oregano
– 1/2 Chilli flakes
– 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
– Salt to taste
– 2-3 Tbsp water
To saute vegetables:
– 2 Tsp butter
– 2 Tbsp Finely chopped garlic
– 3/4 Cup Boiled sweetcorn
– 2 Small Capsicum (red, green & yellow)
– 1 Small size onion
– 1/2 cup zucchini
– 3/4 Tsp Oregano
– 1 Tsp Chilli flakes
– Salt to taste
To make Lasagne:
– 3-4 cups of water
– 3-4 tbsp oil
– 8-10 lasagne sheets
To assemble:
– 4 Cubes of processed cheese
– 200 gm Mozzarella cheese
– Chaat Masala
