Valentine’s Dinner in the Air Fryer! I will share with you the chicken scampi and heart cupcakes down below. This was a fun video to share with you!

Chicken Scampi Recipe
Cooking Spray
1 box Thin Noodles
1 cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon of Chili Peppers or less if you don’t want to spicey
1/2 teaspoon Garlic
1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
Half Red, Green, and Yellow peppers
Half an Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Teaspoon Parsley
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Butter
1 cup Flour
Start by cutting up all your veggies
Add your butter to your pan
Then add your onion and garlic and saute, do not over cook
Add your veggies and cook until soft
Pour in your white wine vinegar and cook for a min
Add your Chili Flakes
Add your chicken broth
Add your seasoning
Stir
Add 1 Tablespoon of flour to thicken
Simmer for about 4 min
Add your cooked noodles and mix in
Now onto the chicken
Add your 1 cup flour to a bowl
Then add 1/2 teaspoon of parsley
1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Coat your chicken with your flour mixture
Add to your Air Fryer
Spray one side with cooking spray
Set your Air Fryer to 400 Degrees for 4 mins on one side then flip and cook for another 4 min Don’t forget to spray with cooking oil.
Add your chicken to your scampi sauce and Enjoy!
Now onto the cupcakes
Cupcake Recipe
Follow box instructions
Spray your silicone molds with baking spray
Fill your cupcake molds about 1/2 to 3/4 full
Set your air fryer to 325 for 15 min
Decorate with any topping!
Enjoy!
