A new series of videos Exploring Paul’s Kitchen and Cullen-ary company. While touring Europe with the classic rock band BAD COMPANY Chef Paul Tagliaferro Cullen fell in love with fine wine, exquisitely prepared food and the culture that surrounds both. Paul has brought these in-home dining experiences to homes in the Delaware Beaches like Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Bethany Beach, Ocean City MD and as far away as Costa Rica, San Jose CA, Austin TX, Nashville TN, Asheville NC and Chicago IL.
Cullen and team, who has crafted the recipe for a unforgettable event. Paul specializes in four-course Italian meals, which he prepares in your home kitchen, event venue or Paul’s Kitchen in Lewes DE. A Sommelier, he’ll also select the perfect wine for each course, which you can purchase at your local wine shop.
That’s not all. After dinner, Paul — a former bass guitarist with the rock group Bad Company —will perform an after-dinner concert featuring relaxing originals and jazzy takes on Bad Company tunes.
His newest venture Paul’s Kitchen is warm and cozy featuring the best in Italian products including Paul’s homemade Italian sausage. The Sunday Market is the place to chill out while have a grilled sausage, Bloody Mary and listen to live local music. This event center for the arts also gives you the opportunity to learn while attending one of our many cooking classes and Chefs table dinners.
