What does organic wine mean? Where do natural and vegan/vegetarian wines fit in? We learned all about the basics of red and white wine in sessions 1 and 2; on this evening we enjoyed three less familiar wines at the forefront of the organic revolution in winemaking. The Wine Gurus revealed all as we tasted two fascinating under the radar gems from Italy alongside a gorgeous Spanish Monastrell.
Wine Tasting 101 is an introductory course in wine appreciation with the Wine Gurus. Each scheduled session comprises a set of three 750ml wines and takes place live via Zoom.
