This is a super easy dressing you can make in the truck or at home & is great on salad or as a marinade for meats, veggies & in stews. Not only is it much cheaper than buying bottled dressings it’s also much healthier. Another bonus is it doesn’t have to be refrigerated!
Recipe:
Olive Oil
Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt
Italian Seasoning
Use 3 parts olive oil to 1 part vinegar (I use 1.5 c oil to .5 c vinegar)
Add Italian seasoning & salt to taste
Shake well to mix
