Once you bake them in the oven, you know what’s going to happen to all that cheese inside… What a melt-up!

Beef roll ups – RECIPE
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Complexity: Easy
Ingredients (3 people):
– 12 beef schnitzels THINLY sliced
– 200gr provolone cheese
– 40gr breadcrumbs (or what’s needed)
– 40gr Parmigiano Reggiano grated (or what’s needed)
– salt and pepper
– extra-virgin olive oil
Procedure:
1. Marinate the beef schnitzel in abundant olive oil;
2. Mix the breadcrumbs and the grated Parmigiano cheese;
3. Dip the schnitzel in the mix and add some provolone cheese, cut in small cubes;
4. Roll up the beef slice and put in an oven tray;
5. Add a bit of olive oil on top of each beef rollup;
6. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200C;
7. Serve and ENJOY!
ITALIAN FOOD BOSS SPECIAL TIP: Those beef schnitzel must be as thin as possible, ideally thinner than what I use in this video!
