This is an original Italian recipe as Nives, Jenny’s Nonna does. It takes time to prepare a good bolognese sauce, but our tradition is to cook a big pot of Bolognese sauce once a month and freeze it in portions. Bolognese sauce is good for making Lasagna or with Pasta and Gnocchi.

1 KG Mince Beef (15% Fat)
250 GR Sausage Meat
130 GR Diced Pancetta
70 GR Carrots
70 GR Onion/Shallot
70 GR Celery
1 Glass of Red Wine
Butter
2 Bay Leaves
Cracked Pepper
Chopped Tomato
Tomato Passata
Olive Oil
