In this part of Let’s go to Italy series, I have reached to Bologna, the city which is famously called as Italy’s food capital and houses the oldest university of the western world. It is the capital and largest city of the Emilia-Romagna region. We will go around the city to get mesmerised by its medieval architecture and lovely food options that it has to offer.

I am an enthusiastic traveler dwindling between vegetarianism and veganism and always on a lookout for interesting vegan places wherever I travel. Yeah yeah I know, there are Vegan burgers at McDonalds or Veggie Patty Sub almost in every country, but can travel be complete without delicious fulfilling meals???
