Welcome back to my recently revamped channel! Haha, like real only. Never mind lah, let me feel feeling become a media personality artist! Ok, as usual, a short intro on this recipe which i’m sharing with you guys. Pasta. I believe everyone had pasta before, be it cabonara, marinara etc. But seldom we try black ink pasta before? So i want to bring you guys into a Malay Italian ‘sesat’ restaurant kitchen on how to prepare this black ink pasta. ‘Black Ink’ is a kinda dye found in squid, cuttlefish etc and normally used in Malay cuisine ‘sotong masak hitam’ & also in Italian dishes such as pasta & risotto. So lets go through the ingredients needed.

Ingredients:

• 1 packet of Black ink pasta
• 300 grams of Squid
• 300 grams of prawns
• 1 can of diced tomatoes
• Chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon full premium garlic
• Fresh chinese parsley
• Lemon Zest
• Chillies flakes
• Chicken stock (liquid/granules/cube)
• Shredded parmesan cheese
• Cherries tomatoes
• Salt to taste

Simple rite? All ingredients can be found at our nearest supermarket one lah dun worry! So Abah2, please ah, no excuse for you guys not to try cook this dish ok. Methods simple, but the end product look like a ‘bawah blok’ or under the void deck restaurant bro!! Hahaha 🤣
