Easy to make and super delicious, here’s a delicious dinner idea for the whole family! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 500g (1 pound) potatoes, peeled, chopped;
 500g (1 pound) cauliflower, cut in florets;
 40g (½ cup) parmesan;
 8 slices ham;
 200g (1 cup) mozzarella, shredded;
 50g (½ cup) smoked cheese.
 
METHOD

 Boil potatoes in cauliflower in salted water for 8-10 minutes, until soft.
 Let the vegetable cool down a little, then season with salt and pepper and mash with a fork.
 Spread half of the potato and cabbage mixture in a rectangular baking pan. Set ¼ of cheese aside and add all the leftover cheese on top of the first potato layer, layering ham in between.
 Spread leftover cabbage and potato mash on top and sprinkle with cheese.
 Bake at 180C/350F for 30 minutes.
