Italian Salad Dressing
Ingredients
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
3 tbsp finely grated parmesan
1 tbsp fresh minced parsley OR 2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp onion powder
Juice of ½ lemon (about 2 tbsp) I said 1 lemon in the video, it’s ½ lemon
1 tbsp fresh minced basil OR 2 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp fresh minced oregano OR 2 tsp dried oregano
1 clove garlic, finely minced OR 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp honey
1 tsp salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, shake until well combined.
Refrigerate and let flavors blend for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours, before serving. It’ll keep in the refrigerator for up to 14 days in a container with an air tight seal.
