Chicken Piccata
Serves 6
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients
Chicken cutlets (Cut them into 2 if they are too thick) Pound the chicken
Salt
Cayenne Pepper
1 cup flour (Grainless is more healthy but REGULAR IS FINE TOO)
6 tbsp of Ghee (clarified butter), Or USE REGULAR BUTTER FOR TRADITIONAL CHICKEN PICCATA
6 Tbsp of Olive Oil (approximate)
minced shallot or green onion
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 1/4+ cup of Chicken Bone Broth ( regular chicken broth is also ok)
Splash of what ever white wine is in the fridge
2 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp of capers
