This week we present you a winter super classic, one of those dishes that only needs a little investment in time and good ingredients…and as they say in Italy “si cucina da solo”… it cooks by itself.
Whipped potatoes are the perfect side in our opinion, but you can make yourself some polenta or even with rice it will be spectacular.
