Ingredients for 4 persons:
• 250 g of orecchiette pasta
• 1 piece of Romanesco broccoli
• 1 salsiccia italiana (typical Italian sausage)
• olive oil
• 1/4 red onion
• 1 piece of garlic
• black pepper
• salt
• a few olives
• 1 little chili
A very simple and extremely delicious dish that will be ready in 15 minutes. It combines 3 typical Italian ingredients: orecchiette pasta from Apulia region, salsiccia (Italian pork sausage) and Romanesco broccoli.
