Today I am making a giant bowl of one pot pasta. One pot pastas are probably my favorite because 1. fewer dishes 2. I don’t have to gamble that the child has actually done the dishes in order for me to drain the pasta into the sink. Most of the manual work in this was just chopping some favorite veggies like onion, mushroom, and red bell pepper. Add in the sausage and brown to release the oils and let them flavor the veggies before adding some seasoning, water, and sauce for your pasta to cook in. That technique allows the flavors to mature throughout the dish and for the sauce to thicken from the pasta starch. (In this case the pasta itself was already a little spicy because we used Simple Truth Lentil Rotini which not only comes with extra protein but it is pre-spiced).

Hello friends! I’m Eden, I’m a vintage fashion and lifestyle enthusiast who is also Significantly vegan. My channel is lifestyle based with mostly the housewife life of cooking, cleaning, sewing etc with a vintage and vegan twist.
The reason I’m vegan mostly falls under vegan for health. Allergies include Sulfa (Common preservative in meat and dairy) and peanuts. You cannot “debate a vegan” out of food allergies.
