My friend Steve and I went clamming for first time on the Harbor of Half Moon Bay, California. What an awesome experience this was, definitely will be doing more foraging in the future. With a little knowledge we both had going out for clams we succeeded with bringing home wild clams. Hands and knees type of job but all worth it at the end. The clam guns are so worth buying, I feel it would work a lot better than a shovel. What a delicious soup was made, you can say a real comfort soup for winter time.
