Not familiar with Attimo? Attimo is a Colorado based winery bringing Italian wine to Denver. We ship fermented wine in bulk from Piedmont, Italy to our facility in Denver, Colorado. Once the wine arrives, we stabilize, age, and finish the wine prior to bottling.
