This easy and satisfying shrimp spaghetti recipe comes together in just 10 minutes and is super delicious. It might just be the perfect meal, packed with lemony and garlic goodness. This recipe is taken to the next level by adding Italian white wine.
To make it a healthy option I have used durum wheat pasta, but you can use any pasta of your choice. But for a healthy pasta recipe I would recommend to use durum wheat, whole wheat or vegetable pasta. If you don’t want to add white wine, it’s okay just add some butter and enjoy! Please avoid overcooking shrimps, that will make them rubbery.

Ingredients

To Boil Spaghetti

4 cup water to boil pasta
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
250 g spaghetti

Shrimp Spaghetti

250 g shrimp
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp extra virgin oil
2 – 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
Zest of a lemon
Juice of half a lemon
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup Italian white wine
Cooked spaghetti
Cooked shrimps
2 tbsp chopped coriander
