After seeing Hanna cook Hello Fresh meals, with the WONDERFUL help of her disabled husband Shane (Squirmy & Grubs on YouTube), I decided that I just HAD to try Hello Fresh out for myself…so here is a look at me very FIRST EVER Hello Fresh box!!!

I unbox this treasure chest of delicious ingredients for you and THEN I even COOK one of the meals AND my husband and I taste it and tell you what we think of it!

A little Q&A:

Q. Are these means super expensive?

A. Not as expensive as buying comparable meals at a restaurant.

Q. Are they difficult to prepare with LOTS of steps?

A. The recipe cards that come with the meals tell and SHOW you step-by-step what to do, making it SUPER easy to fix meals that will have you looking and FEELING like a real Chef! There aren’t too many steps so you should not feel overwhelmed.

Q. Are the meals good? Do they come out looking like the pictures?

A. That is 2 questions…but I will do my best to answer both for you. We have made 2 of the meals, so far: Italian Chicken & Pepper Sandos with Potato Wedges & Tangy Garlic Sauce and, an add on: Almont Oatmeal with Himalayan Pink Salt.

The Italian Chicken Sandos, I cook for you in THIS video…so watch it to the end to see if they were “good enough to eat” or if they were “mehhhh”, or just “YUCK!”

The Oatmeal, I cooked those this morning and I WILL tell you here that:
1. they were SUPER fast and EASY to prepare (littleally just pour boiling
water into the provided container, replace the lid, allow to sit for 3
minutes with lid ON, then remove lid, stir, and eat. We added sweetner.
