This week we’re cooking up a storm on our #Seawind1600 #catamaran at the dock in #FortLauderdale, Florida. Fabio made fried lobster bites for an appetizer, lobster and butternut squash pasta, sounds weird I know, but trust me it was delicious, and sole with swiss chard. Everything was amazing!

Boat life means limited resources like gas and water. So we wanted to make this meal using the least amount of resources possible. Fabio used an Italian cooking technique called “al piatto” which essentially means the food is cooked in its own dish. Curious? Watch the video to see how he does it!
