ingredients :
– osso buco
– carrot
– celery
– chopped lemon peel
– chopped garlic
– oregano
– thymes
– onions
– half bottle of red wine
– one can dices tomatoes
– pepper to taste
procedure:
– grill the osso buco until slightly brown side by side sprinkled with fresh pepper
– saute onions in one tbsp of olive oil then add the herbs oregano and thymes
– then add the carrots ans celery (stir fry fir a while)
– one can diced tomatoes
– half bottle of red wine
– bring to boil before adding the grilled osso buco
– boil for ten minutes after that remove the grilled osso buco and blend the gravy after blending the gravy put back the grilled osso buco.
(ready to put inside the oven for 2 hours with 90 degrees)
– 30 minutes before serving add the eggplant, zucchini, chopped garlic and chopped lemon peel and cooked until the veggies are soft.. serve ir hot..
