Aaron Morelli works in the Center for Global Engagement and is Duquesne University’s Manager of International Admissions and Recruitment. Aaron has studied the culinary arts in many cooking classes throughout his travels in Europe & living abroad in Southeast Asia. With a strong Italian heritage, Aaron has learned many culinary secrets from his grandma and has been cooking with his family since he could hold a spoon. Join Aaron as he walks us through his technique for hand-made pastas and a classic marinara sauce!
