basically 1 can of garbanzo beans, 1 can of artichoke hearts in water, sliced seedless cucumber, green olives, mix together. Season with spicy salt (salt + crushed red pepper) and top with Caesar dressing (I use the green yogurt one!)
mix 1 egg, 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 1 heaping tbsp minced garlic, 1/2tsp salt, few shakes of onion powder & Italian seasoning, few cracks of black pepper, then mix in 1 package of ground turkey + roll into meatballs
bake at 400 for 20 minutes then turn on the broiler & broil for 5 mins
