• 500 g of Italian salsiccia (organic meat from local butcher)
• 800 g of potatoes
• olive oil
• 50 g of butter
• plenty of rosemary leaves
• black salt
• black pepper
• a few olives (optional)
A simple step by step guide (for both beginners and pro’s) on how to cook an extremely delicious and very easy dish: fresh Italian salsiccia from the local butcher fried in a pan together with fried potatoes in Mediterranean style.

2. how to coordinate the pre work with the fried potatoes to get rid of the starch and make the potatoes more crispy.
