Today I show you my family recipe for a truly authentic homemade manicotti along with a few stuffed shells as well. Hope you enjoy them !
Ingredients list
Crepes ( makes 10 )
1 cup 00 Flour.
1 cup Water.
1 Egg.
pinch of Salt.
Filling ( fills 20 )
32 oz Ricotta , Drained ( whole milk )
1/4 cup Grated Pecorino Romano
1/4 cup Grated Parmigiano
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
2 eggs
Salt & Pepper
Store bought shells (Barilla)
boil to aldente, cool, Then stuff
Gravy / Sauce / Red Gold
