Pasta Cooking
• 250 gms (roughly 1 serving dish ful) Penne Pasta (or can be farfalle, fusilli also)
• A pinch of Salt
• 1 tsp Olive while cooking
• Boiling Water
• 2 tsp Olive to drizzle over cooked pasta

Sauté Veggies
• 4 tbsp Oil
• 1 tbsp crushed garlic
• 2 Onions cut into big pieces
• 1 Carrot cut into small pieces
• 1 Capsicum (Mix of all three) cut into small pieces
• 1/2 Zucchini cut into small pieces
• 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
• Season it with herbs, chilly flakes, (1 tbsp each) & salt as per taste

Red Sauce
• 4 Tomatoes
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tsp crushed garlic
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Chopped basil
• Mixed bell peppers (as much as 1 bell pepper) (capsicum)
• 1 tbsp mixed herbs
• 1 tbsp red chilly flakes
• Salt to taste
• Add 1 tsp Vinegar
• 1 glass water
