Search for:

Salmon Steak with Wine Sauce and Spiral Zucchini.
Ingredients.

2 Salmon Steaks, skin on.
1 Tablespoon of butter.
1 Tablespoon of flour.
½ Cup of heavy cream.
1 Cup of white wine.
1 Cup of spiralized zucchini.
½ Teaspoon of Italian herbs.
Salt and pepper for taste.

Procedure.

1. To make a roux, melt the butter and mix in the flour. Then, stir constantly and add the heavy cream. Once it thickens, add the white wine and keep stirring before seasoning it with salt and setting it aside.

2. Sauté the spiralized zucchini with olive oil, salt and pepper until it is soft before setting it aside.

3. On a hot pan, add some olive oil. Then add the salmon steaks. Season the salmon steaks with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Then cook for about 7 minutes each side.

4. On a warm plate, put the zucchini on the center, add the salmon steaks and cover with some of the white wine sauce. You must serve this dish immediately. Enjoy!
