Chicken Breast: 4
Fresh Cream: 3/4 cup
Salt
pepper Powder: 2tsp
Garlic (minced): 2 tbsp
Butter: 50g
Marsala Wine: 60mL
Parsley
Chicken Stock: 1 cup
Chopped Onion: 1
Mushroom: 200g
Pound and then marinate the chicken with salt and pepper powder.
After half an hour, keep a frying pan on the stove and add 25g of butter and 2 tbsp of oil to roast the chicken. In the same pan, put the rest of the butter and sautee the garlic and onion. Roast it till the onion is golden brown. Next, add the mushrooms and sautee them with a bit of salt and pepper powder.
Add the chicken stock and win into the pan. Finally, add the roasted chicken and the cream. if needed, you can add salt and pepper again at this stage. Finish with a garnish of parsley leaves.
