Hello Everyone, learn how to make a delicious Vegan Lasagne and a Vegan bechamel (if you’d like the Ragu’ recipe, there is a video up on my channel from few weeks ago)

// INGREDIENTS (1 of 2):
(for 4 people, or for 2 very hungry ones. Will fill up a 28x13x8cm oven tin):
– 12 precooked dried lasagne sheets;
FOR THE BECHAMEL:
– 1lt of vegan milk (I used Oat milk);
– 100 gr of margarine;
– 100 gr of plain flour;
– nutmeg, salt and black pepper to taste

FOR THE RAGU’ (2 of 2):
(if you have leftover ragu’, use it in pasta or freeze it in a glass jar!)
– 200 gr of dried soy mince (TVP mince);
– 1 lt of tomato passata;
– 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped;
– 1 carrot, finely chopped;
– 1 onion, finely chopped;
– 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil;
– 200 ml of white wine;
– 2 bay leaves;
– salt + some for water where we will cook the mince;
– pepper
