I had some left over pasta dough from the other night and decided to make something quick and easy. Still working on my homemade pasta game so the pasta is a little thick and wider than I’d like but the dish still taste amazing.
Recipe:
Fresh Egg Pasta
2 Slice of thick cut bacon
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Black Pepper
Garnish:
Grated Parmesan cheese
Grated Cured Egg yolk
