Heres a Beer in a beer haul from Lowcostbeer, heres a description “This is an unpasteurized pale beer, secondary fermented in the bottle, which is brewed with Munich malt. It is characterised by strong aromas of hop flowers, malt and fruity notes, with fragrances of yeast, vanilla, hot crusty bread and honey. We suggest enjoying Bionda with pasta with rich sauces, fish dishes and shellfish. For the perfect serve, pour the beer quickly into an un-tilted Chardonnay glass, ensuring a large head.” for me a nice tasting beer although was it bottle conditioned and i didnt read it right ?
