It’s a wonderful option as a light starter to a substantial main course!

Ingredients :
For the tomato sauce :
2 tbsp – olive oil
1 – finely chopped onion
1 tbsp – finely chopped garlic
2 cups – fresh tomato pulp / puree
1 tsp – salt
1 tsp – red chilli powder
1/2 tsp – oregano
1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
1/2 tsp – sugar
3 – 4 – basil leaves

For the bachamel sauce –
2 tbsp – butter
2 tbsp – flour
1 1/2 cups – milk
1/2 – cooking cream
1 tsp – salt
1/ 2 – tsp black pepper powder

For the stuffing :
2 tbsp – olive oil
1 tbsp – great garlic
1 – finely chopped onion
200 gms – boiled and chopped spinach
1 tsp – salt
1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
200 gms – great paneer / ricotta

Assembling :
Tomato sauce
Stuffed cannelloni
Bachamel sauce
Tomato sauce
Grated cheese
Oregano
Red chilli flakes
1 tbsp oil
